Our client is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer to expertly lead the Bank through its next phase of organisational positioning and advancement.

This high profile position will require the new incumbent to focus largely on driving volume, product development, organisational leadership and shareholder engagement. Execution is key for this role and must result in the strengthening of the Bank’s foundations to attract third party investment.

You will have knowledge and understanding of both UK regulators, and have or are currently operating under the Senior Managers Regime. Retail financial services experience is required, along with a track record of managing people, risk, and operational complexity. Resilient, decisive and low-ego, you will be a ‘leader of leaders’ with the vision and emotional intelligence to inspire confidence not only at Board level but across the whole workforce.
